PR LLC joins Kelly Benefit Strategies/Lateral Stress Velo Elite Men's Amateur Road Team as Team Director. Kelly Benefits Strategies/Lateral Stress Velo is Balitmore's Premiere Racing Team and Bicycle Club. LSV/Kelly Benefits Strategies won the 2006 National Elite Road Championships with Matt Cooke and Nick Waite placing 1st and 4th respectively.
